Franjic has asked his agent to look for an A-League loan after the Asian Cup. Roar unlikely because of salary cap issues with the way loans are now accounted.

Surely the Roar will have some free space since Miller and Smith have gone?

Yep but they have other targets already lined up, would mean not filling one or two gaps you had planned to fill.

That's true... however Franjic would fill one of those gaps - they never adequately replaced him in the first place. And surely he's a better option than Polenz?
