Is there anyone City 'Haven't" signed? The Ch4lsea of the A League. igns 70 players and loan them back out.

They have lost a ton of first team players; Glover, Bos, Jamieson, Lam, O'Neil, van der Venne, Tilio & Berisha.

yet replaced them with seemingly better players - all under whatever the cap is this season.

and somehow they manage to have them all under the salary cap.
