Victory didn't adjust to covid and then were hit hard by the death of Biasin , they we're told they were unlikely to stay solvent even before the issues with their fan base attacking rival players with a bucket and the drop in the apl money, so likely things are hard.

They've probably taken a harder financial hit than most a league sides (relative to their normal budgets, I'm sure they still spend more than us)
