VARgate strikes again.
Weirdly, much as I dislike VAR, I'm OK with that decision. Here's a case of a highly prejudicial slow mo replay appearing to show Galloway reach out and control the ball with his hand. However I'm assuming VAR has determined that he had his arm out already in a normal bracing position and in a split second the ball has bounced up into his hand, hence not a clear and obvious error by the referee not to award a penalty for hand ball. So fine by me as long as it's consistent.
All the penalty shouts today have been dealt with correctly by VAR in my opinion, but you still can't help feeling it's a bit of a lottery.
