I do ask myself how much Durante regrets going there. He must sit there at times and go 'I had a job for life staying in Wellington with the club and I blew that up to follow this guy'
Footballing-wise, while I don't doubt that DeVere has been an upgrade (and it took me about 8 games to see that) Durante coulda transitioned out this season and kept some honour about himself.
Durante has been one of there more consistent performers for WU from what I have seen. But yeh must say I thought similar watching him play on Sunday. He must look around and wonder who the hell is going to play along side him next week he's had that many team mates leave or get injured, but he just keeps on going like the stalwart he has always been. I'm sure it will be tough for him to come back here this week.
