Am I doing something wrong. It seems like it takes AGES for my players to gain routine. Ages ago (a season and a half ago) I purchased Soren Kofoed my star attacker. He had a routine of about 5.3 then. He played the rest of that season and all of this season, and he's up to a Routine of 9.9!!!
Should routine take this long to rise?
