I've got a young guy had him for 4 weeks (or game months) - all 4 of my scouts say he's in his late bloom. He's currently 2.7* rec, TI 26, and they all say he 's got 4.5* potential. My question is, am I the only one that seems unlikely to? He's in his late bloom and still 1.8* away from his apparent potential.
