People wanting the Phoenix to stay in Wellington is simply because they want the team to stay in Wellington, it's got nothing to do with where it's going.

It seems like you're basing your entire opinion on the rest of NZ by the comment section on Stuff or talk back radio. I sincerely doubt that most people don't like or even think about Aucklanders.

In fact, the only time I've ever heard people talk about "JAFAs" was when I was living in Auckland.

You certainly like to have a go at Wellington though.
