what is so hard to work out about bronze, silver and gold pricing that causes masses of people to not buy a season pass?
I agree bwtcf, that they could always present them better. Ticketek generally do a crap job, their process is difficult and their website is sometimes hard to coordinate. On top of that they usually manage to screw something up along the way.
Club memberships are poorly presented as to exactly what they are. Improvement is needed there.
None of this justifies taking away tiered pricing, which captures people's different willingness to pay different prices.
Keep the pricing and options, but present them more clearly and make the process of buying them simpler.
