In terms of simplifying the process itself, how do you think an option for an automatic renewal of season passes each year would go?
Ticketek aside, I think its a good idea to simplify the renewal process to the point where you wouldn't have to do a thing. It also creates something of a cost to not renewing as you'd have to go out of your way to cancel it, which might keep some of the people who 'umm and ahh' over whether to renew or not.
