i don't know why many think you need to pay a transfer fee for a player on loan. Sure if you are a gun like a Falcao but it is the exception rather then the rule.

Sure you are likely to pay the players wages but that is understandable.

What would Tokyo get out of it? A young player getting match time in a league probably at a higher quality then their second division

Football Manager.

And it is something that happens in Europe at least, particularly if the player isn't completely out of first-team contention.
