Fudge me, People love a moan
Sorry, it's not moaning, it's actually bad! I tried to renew something, it looks like sitting in the shopping basket, but gives me a failure when I click on it. I gave them all my details including credit card. My current orders say three orders, two of them must be from last year. But no confirmation email. I'm in limbo. The only job Ticketek is doing doing is selling tickets, how can be that a big problem? And not even complaining how bad the site is designed.

I had the same problem. No on screen confirmation but my order is there (though listed twice). I rang up and was told 'there is a new system so is likely to be some bugs'. They tried to assure me it was fine. She was going to check it out.
