Considering the required metrics, are the club really doing enough to push memberships? I have seen very little publicity.
Doesn't help that the online renewal system doesn't work for some people. I tried to renew straight away but the login they sent me didn't work, neither did last season's and an email sent to them about the login issue came back undelivered several days later. Now with other things to pay for first I haven't had the energy to chase it up further yet. Might be easiest to just do it in person at the Family day assuming they do that again.
