Would hope like hell anyone entering from America are given no exemptions at all and made to serve all their quarantine period. Don't care who they are they need to be in a government facility flashing wads of cash shouldnt buy them a border pass.
Luckily the Americas cup teams are from Italy and the UK... oh wait.
Just needs Brazil deciding to enter a boat too.
And some Russian millionaires might sponsor a boat from St Petersburg Imperial Yacht Club.
