Looking at how late last season began, most of our signings were announced from October and onwards.

So would expect major and most of the signings to be announced from late September or something.

But that was for a early January start date. Late September will be leaving it fine, if league is to stay with a 30th Oct kick off. I’d say negotiations are well underway with many vacant spots, but no use signing anyone if can’t train. 

Maybe some announcements as soon as Level 2 reached. End of Euro summer transfer window Wednesday here, should create some opportunities.
