There is a difference between negative and actually being realistic. Aside from all the inevitable difficulties with consents etc, I still sy no chance of building that for $25m. I suppose though, if Gaz manages to get the Hutt City Council to bankroll it, the cost really won't be an issue. Just add the extra onto residents rates,
The actual budget is 44-48 million with 25 million of that from the council.
