I think this is a massive wind-up.

Clues:

1. None of the shots, particularly the aerial view, show the driving southerly with football sized raindrops falling on Petone as is the case 347 days of the year.

2. There is no tagging visible on the stadium.

3. In relation 1 above and photo 1 - "Blue sky? You're having a laugh"

4. Nix are playing Argentina... and having a shot on goal (unless it is a stray header from the defender).



So thankfully the Newlands project still has legs.



That's not Argentina, it's the re-coloured Melbourne City.
