My take is that there are several senior players that need to be got rid of. Some of the youngsters should be given another season to step up and if not should be moved on.

I don't blame Ernie at all. I wouldn't blame him for looking elsewhere if the chance came up. The whole team just feels like it's being rundown and the new stadium is a smokescreen so Welnix can withdraw without too much grief when the club finally carks it. They've not invested enough by a long way and they don't seem to see that investing in the club is the only way to save it.
