It really does seem that virtually everyone on this forum would be better at putting a team together than Ernie, and building a team full of honest coalface Kiwi talent at that, so I'm not sure why there weren't more CVs sent in when Welnix were looking for a coach.
That's the case with every forum in the world. If we all sent our CV's for every job that we felt entitled to talk about we would break the internet.
