Payments to Homegrown players are now outside the cap, so Cacace, Singh, Rufer, Elliot are able to be out outside the Salary cap.
[Edit: I wrongly thought Sail, Fenton & Doyle if re-signed would count but I think its only u23 players]

Payments to Homegrown players are now outside the cap, so Cacace, Singh, Rufer, Elliot, Sail, Fenton (and Doyle if re-signed) are able to be out outside the Salary cap. This frees up a lot of cash for Talay to spend on visas.
