Not sure why people seem so quick to discard some players particularly some of the younger ones. Not every player arrives ready to play first team football. Thankfully Talay seems to have more patience than some of you and seems to being do a good job in working with some of the younger players .Its not even just the younger ones he seems to be able to get more out of.
We'll see next season, but I'd be very surprised if Elliot got another contract. Talay has given plenty of other young players a chance, no?
