Hutt Rec should be backed by Rugby and League too. A smaller stadium, probably be cheaper if the Hutt were redeveloped so some extent.

Perhaps a 12k stadium with terraces at each end for 4k each and  a stand for 4k. The open side where the artificial practice pitch is, is where the TV cameras could go. Albeit with a bit of sun strike as it sets.

We had 9k at each of the three games there I believe and although our voices were lost to the heavans, it was an awesome atmosphere. close to trains, buses and parking was exceelent and a lot cheaper than at Westpac. Food vendors were offering a wider range of food and cheaper than Westpac. Pub across the road (The Belle Vue) had excellent food and beaverage. In fact, the experience was everything great that Westpac is not.
