1. A success at the Nix
2. "I'm too good for this podunk club"
3. Transfers somewhere flashier
4. "OH FU---"

Many such cases!
Dome has said as much. The Nix do a lot off the field to get the best from the players on it and other teams don't have that supportive environment.
