but Ricki is actually playing the style - the players are - Ricki can demand the team to play any number of shapes, formations, styles call it what you will - we have seen many ways of playing from the nix over the last 5 years - the key compnent is the players and their ability to actually do what is being asked of them. Currently this is what we as fans are seeing as failing - a lot on here seem to be blaming Ricki for this, and while he plays a part I can't see or beleive him telling the players to play as badly as they have been just to spite the bosses.
