I like this. Refining and improving the zone's current lack of tolerance for bigoted chants and comments is a good start, as would be an official "Israel Folau Be Damned, All You Rainbow Peeps Are Welcome At The Nix" policy. (I could never understand how homophobia is such a big part of the men's game/fandom when, well, I don't need to go into detail about the women's game. And while it's great to see young lads getting into it in the Zone, let's make sure that the young girls feel welcome as well - they are the future just as much.)
