I really believe the leadership group needs an overhaul (as well as the coaching staff). There cannot be something right with the mentality anymore.
I would love to see the club sign Boxall and make him captain; rebuild again. With perhaps Roux as vice captain. New blood. Fresh ideas. Not associated with a losing mentality of the past few seasons.
