Recently one of the knitting circle had a pot shot at the poddy for not giving (in their opinion) sufficient coverage of the Charridy Cup game (TWs vs. the Knitters). There was some push back.
The comments about Dunedin etc. are tongue in cheek mocking of that criticism... earth humour, arf arf.
I read Oska's retort as further piss taking... 2nd level exagerated response...
All we need now is for 2nd Best to wade in and tell them to GGF.
