I don’t think players mind too much in today’s climate.

The key signings will in any case be the five imports and unless they are absolute proven guns, you would hope that they also would be 1 plus 1 deals (Learning from the recent mistakes of dud imports on two year deals and what turned into a gun - Eze only on a one)

All in all a good move. While he has been with the club in coaching roles for a long time, he is still relatively young for a coach, will have fresh ideas and no doubt has seen what hasn’t worked and getting the position sorted quickly is crucial to allow him to scan the world to get the best possible imports.

I hope it’s just the slant of the article but I am a little concerned with once again the major focus once again appears to be the derbies. That shouldn’t be such a focus  and the Nix really should have learned their lessons on that by now.
