On the basis of the article released, it seems Greenie's KPIs are work hard, instill pride, create moments to be proud of, get crowds back etc. No bullish ambition about making finals or winning titles or anything like that.
He's a club man through and through and as such it is hard to be hopeful that he will exorcise the culture of mediocrity that is so deeply embedded at the club. But it could be worse, we could still have Chiefy. Good luck Greenie
Its something you and others constantly throw around with little actual basis.
No, I have very little insight into the inner workings of the club. I say this based on what is communicated to the public by the club and the club's history (only club to never win a trophy, no finals games won since Ricki left, losing every derby game etc)
Edit: quote from Gill today "...so we’re confident we can put together a squad that should be pushing for the top six". Wow, such ambition. A squad that "should" be "pushing" for finals. This is what I mean by culture of mediocrity. You'd never hear such a statement from AFC.
