To answer the question in the title. I hope not. I would say they are the best team we have had to date. They are playing well, and scoring consistently. They have also shown that even tired from hectic travel they can still play competitive football. I believe this is because our mentality this season is better, this is what makes us better than the previous seasons teams. They have been better players, but the mindset and fitness was not there.
That and a good level of fitness.
Based on points to date and our ability to win away this has to be the strongest squad so far. Thinking about our 2009/10 squad our strenght was our home record and I can't help but feel that the crowd was part of that - we were openly hostile to the opposition and the refs if needs be. These days I feel we are a bit more genteel... hipster even.
