he's clearly not an idiot.
I am going to give him time, but the tactical approach and style of play is very fixed, and not well suited to the players we have. Unfair to call him an idiot as a manager - yet - but he has some work to do to prove himself flexible and adaptive. So hopefully he's not (an idiot) but these are early days.
