Which likely partly explains some of Ifill not always being a outwardly big Nix fan boy for the Nix, in media stuff the last few years. At least the derby games against Auckland.

Iffy maybe a Nix legend, but he was also a very close mentor to Elliot, so that messy Elliot departure would have caused some angst.
