I think he has done pretty well with the Jets and they seem to respond to his style. 

I watched the Jets-Victory game last night and while Victory did not play particularly well, they were undone by a stupid and unnecessary Milligan sendoff. I think the Jets would have still won the game on balance of probabilities without the sendoff, with Petratos, Georgevski and Nabbout being particularly effective. In contrast, Berisha and Troisi were pretty much invisible. They were not the Victory that turned up in Perth last weekend, but then Newcastle last night were not any better to the Newcastle that lost to M City.
