Game ended up a crazy 4-3 to the greatest ever, Club Atlético River Plate. Both side playing their first team and certainly wanted to win

Did a tour of River's stadium a few years back in BA. Impressive. 

Was a few weeks before they lost Copa Libertadores final in Lima, Peru in a heartbreak late loss. I arrived in Lima just before.

Hundreds of River fans moping around Lima for a few days after as the game had been moved from Chile to Peru at the last minute, and fans had struggled to rebook plane tickets there & home.
