If the big secret that the spoilsports on here are so jealously guarding is a Wellington Phoenix charter school then I gotta say I'm rather disappointed the Nix are getting involved in Seymour's charter school nonsense. Everyone who isn't an idiot knows charter school policies are just an attempt get the ball rolling towards the complete privatisation of education. That's the end goal here. Imagine if you had complete losers like Nix ownership/management in charge of your child's learning. Fortunately in the news this week it seems like there are extremely few expressions of interest thus far in starting charter schools. 
history of bringing players from outside the region, both men and women, and settling them here and with school for those applicable (as well as covid years based in Aus) has shown a decent degree of pastoral care from the club. In fact right now is a job listing to help with that (and likely related to the charter proposal):
