100%. If what has been said is false, then it is patently defamatory, and one would expect Chief (supported by the Club) to take legal action against the journalist and his employer. However if it is true then no such cause of action exists. Will watch on with interest....

It just doesn't happen. And how would you even prove what Ball said to be 100% wrong. Subpoena all the staff who have left, to appear in a NZ court room??
And supposedly all of those ex staff have now left NZ?
Even if Ball has it 100% wrong, the Phoenix have enough issues going on, to bother wasting energy, time & money suing a shock jock mid football season.
