If Ifill does hold any ill feeling towards the Nix (and that's just speculation) it likely has a bit to do with Callan Elliot's messy Welly (2nd) departure.

It was Ifill who first 'discovered' Elliot down in Nelson, and obviously a big mentor.
Did Iffy also play a part in Randall's development?
