Yep, just a couple of years ago the Victory were told they were bankrupt and were forced to sell a stake to these guys https://www.fbi.gov/contact-us/field-offices/newyork/news/founder-and-cfo-of-investment-firm-777-partners-charged-with-500-million-fraud-scheme just to keep the lights on.

Our owners might be careful with their money, but at least they're not criminals like 777 partners or Tinkler or have the controversies of some of the other ownership groups.
