Well I wonder if all the Chiefy knockers will continue to blame him or praise him for the results for the rest of the season?? Basic football skills like passing to another player of your own team, trapping a ball, heading a ball, FFS these guys are professionals and they let the coach down. The tactics were sound but the players inability to perform them is what cost us. The players need to man up. I don't want apologies, I want better, more professional performances.

So we have Chris till the end of the season. Names to be put forward? Well Chris is one, Ross or John Aloisi are 2 more. I'd love the coach from Heidleberg. They played some fantastic football.

And if we really want to wind AFC fans up, make an audacious bid for Corica.
Corica will chuck any approach in the bin.
Exactly man, it would just make us even more of a fudgeing laughing stock, can't believe people are suggesting this.
I am strong about my feelings about the club and the state its on but com'n some of the fans logic are straight up absurd. Top six contenders still. Pfft wake up.
its a close league - imagine some decisions went our way, like the 3 pen decisions in recent weeks and if we had scored them we would be 4 points higher - we don't miss the pen against City and then 6 points higher. That would put us sixth alone. You don't want to be reliant on ref's decisions but just indicative how one off decisions or one off moments can have an impact - we haven't been blown away (apart from AFC) in recent games and in the contest, maybe some luck or a slight upturn in form will result in more points being picked up.
True, little moments and a bit of luck can have a surprisingly big impact on a season (I'm especially thinking of a certain missed penalty in the last minute against the Jets two seasons ago) but as the old cliche goes "the table doesn't lie". If your defence is solid you don't have worry so much about the bad luck or lousy officiating. Unfortunately our defence is a dog's breakfast.
True but if every team also did say if we had x y and z happen the league table will probably be the same.
