No, the design should stay the same. Imagine a 30x30cm Huawei logo in a 4XL.. Would look ridiculous.

The logo size is exactly the same between the two pictures, it's just the 2D and 3D views that are toying with you. The position between the stripes is even identical.

No the logo is definitely bigger now the yellow background has gone and they can enlarge Nixy to fit the width of the black stripe better
