I, 2ndBest, pledge that if I win lotto this weekend, I will offer to pay Terry Serepisos' IRD and ACC debts with no strings attached.

I think you better get your Auckland lawyer to look at that contract, as it stands if you win just $25 you are liable to pay off Terry's debts.
