The extremely interesting thing about this is the way the media blatently lied saying that there were "promises" made by WGA to Johnson Property Group. If I were loaning $100m large to someone I would want to know that my money was going into a relatively safe investment too!
Isn't the issue that these guys think the loan has been approved and paid some cash upfront, a % on how much they are borrowing, and then they don't see the loan or their deposit again?Bullion2011-04-13 10:40:20
