Terry's commitment towards Wellington Phoenix is admirable, but why does the perennial doubt over his ability to pay feature so strongly all the time? Yes, recession has hit property owners and devlopers but wouldn't it be wise for Wellington Phoenix to be ringfenced from his other businesses? May be Wellington Phoenix as a club is still not a sustainable business.
