I love the supposition that somehow Terry has been sitting in a cave, on Mars, with his fingers in his ears, and has somehow not heard every single one of the accusations and stories against WGA.
If we believe what Terry says in public about WGA, then he is in denial, and is still falling for their scam. He is on the record (recently) as saying the money is still coming, and we now have the story going around again about a $10m sponsorship deal over 5 years.
If Ali Syed is not speaking to, or reachable by anyone at Santander anymore, then it highlights the state of affairs of WGA/Ali Syed.

I wish I could believe in a master plan, but all I can see is an advanced state of Denial coming from the Todd building.
