Yes, but we can look at the australian guys experiences and work out the type of figure we are dealing with.  All signs point to it being a figure around 1-1.5% of loan principal.
 
That statement is also not true, everyone involved with the deal, bankers, lawyers, accountants, advisors, the IRD, ACC etc - anyone who has seen and read the document (and there will be a lot of people considering that this is a major corporate restructuring so most of his creditors will be involved) may have read the loan agreement.
