Terry's commitment towards Wellington Phoenix is admirable, but why does the perennial doubt over his ability to pay feature so strongly all the time? Yes, recession has hit property owners and devlopers but wouldn't it be wise for Wellington Phoenix to be ringfenced from his other businesses?
It can't be, when you're putting in 400k a month that needs to come from somewhere and it's not like he's got cash falling out of his back pocket. It has to come from his other businesses
