Terry's commitment towards Wellington Phoenix is admirable, but why does the perennial doubt over his ability to pay�feature so strongly all the time? Yes, recession has hit property owners and devlopers but wouldn't it be wise for Wellington Phoenix to be ringfenced from his other businesses?
