Because you're a huge connoisseur of the "mean-spirited gloat over the misfortunes of others" genre?

Most of the people on this forum, me included, know bugger-all about corporate governance or the property market. I have no idea whether this is DOOM or whether this is the carving off of the sinking bits of Terry's empire and now the rest of it is safe, and would appreciate some comment from people other than idiots who think that every bit of bad financial news is IMMINENT DEATH.

I don't think that there is anyone here who is or has been gloating over the misfortune of Terry.  The way I see it is that most people posting on this thread fall into one of two camps - those with an attitude of "this is real problem that will potentially have massive implications on the football club", and those with their heads in the sand claiming (through a mouth full of beach) that everything is and will be fine.

Some people on here do have some knowledge of corporate finance and although they do not know the inner workings of Terry's empire, they can see the bigger picture.  I think more people should actually listen to what they are saying instead of just claiming that they are idiots who think that every bit of bad financial news is IMMINENT DEATH.
Right JD - you owe me lunch for all this sycophantic twaddle defending your posts.
