Sorry to be pedantic but technically you haven't "won" anything. You haven't lost either but you haven't won...
Unless, of course you received the Keno ticket as a gift or a scraggy looking dog that smells like seaweed gave it to you whilst you were sitting on a park bench. Only then you can say you "won"!
If you consider that $4 as spent and gone then there is definitely an argument for saying that he has won in a way.
If the Phoenix came from a goal down to level at 1 - 1 right on full time have they won?
