Are you talking about fans taking part ownership of the Phoenix or fixed term debentures?
The fan ownership model has been discussed about quite a bit e.g. https://www.yellowfever.co.nz/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=15120
So I assume you're talking about fans investing fixed term debentures to the club (i.e. Century City) or Terry?? If you're willing to do that at the moment you are a very brave man!!
